Bill Sereda

Prior to joining Beal Real Estate, Bill Sereda worked for Berkshire Hathaway Home Services in La Jolla. Bill grew up in Los Gatos, California, and began his career there with Coldwell Banker. Bill now makes his home in La Jolla and has been a resident of San Diego for the last 10 years.

Bill is an experienced Realtor having been licensed for over 15 years. He has a diverse real estate background having been involved in numerous residential investment flips, as an Investor, Realtor, and construction manager. In addition, Bill is a California Distressed Property Expert (CDPE). In his free time, Bill is an avid fisherman and motorcycle rider.
