We cannot recommend Aaron highly enough. He made navigating, an otherwise stressful move from Texas to California, much easier for us. We had only visited San Diego once before so we need some expert guidance and direction on what areas would suit our family best. He really understood our needs and desires. We had a big wish list and nailed the brief and more! He secured a 3 bed, 3 bath for us with an outdoor space only a 3minute drive from the beach and great walk-ability from shops and cafes. From what I hear from the locals this is almost unheard of for our budget. As we were out of state, he managed the entire process from end-to-end including shortlisting properties that matched our criteria, viewing the property on our behalf and reviewing the contracts before we signed anything. This meant that after the long drive cross country we were able to move into our new place right away and were met with a much needed glass of champagne! He truly went above and beyond at every corner. One of the biggest helps and acts of kindness was that he took time out of his weekend to be at the property to let our delivery guys unload the truck. He directed them to place our items in the correct rooms and even helped to assemble furniture too!! I’m sure the delivery guys would have dumped all our stuff in the living room had Aaron not been there to instruct them. Seriously, we can not thank Aaron enough for his help. He is professional yet fun to work with and we can’t wait to work with him when we look to buy our next home.

Jordan Beal is an incredible agent. We started our San Diego and Solana Beach search two and a half years back and by chance got connected with Jordan. Anastasia was a dream to work with! She was always very responsive to my calls, texts, emails, and answering all my “first-time homebuyer” questions. Allison was extremely helpful, responsive, and generous with her time as we were trying to move from Philadelphia to San Diego. She was able to help us, long-distance, navigate the rental process, and find the neighborhoods that would be the best match for us. She made herself available to do multiple tours and communicated with other rental owners and agents for us. I would highly recommend her in general and especially if you are new to the San Diego area. We plan on using her expertise in a year or two when we start looking to buy a home.

Evan was super responsive from the beginning, able to advise us on the bidding and negotiations, helped us get a GC to see the house in less than 24h notice to help us decide on the offer, and was always on top of everything.
