Colleen Parker has been connected to real estate for as long as she can remember, you might say she was born with real estate DNA because she started learning about the business from her father, a successful long-time real estate investor and independent businessman. She carries on her family tradition with a strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit. Colleen’s goal is always a long-term relationship with happy clients.

After receiving her degree in communications and public relations from Saint Mary’s College, she worked in retail, event coordinating and the trade show industry. Before long she realized that her strengths and skills in client care and customer service were an ideal match for her first love, real estate. She began actively selling real estate in 1992 and has never looked back. For over 27 years, Colleen has been helping people realize and exceed their real estate goals. Her sweet spot is helping single professional business women gain from her extensive market knowledge, showing them how they can profit from strategic real estate decisions, both from a residential and investment perspective.
