Dale Houts

Dale Houts joins our Beal Real Estate Bay Area office, boasting over nine years of dynamic sales experience. Most recently helping Nu Flow America as an Account Manager, he achieved a quota of over $100,000 in sales each month selling to general contractors, property management, and school districts. Dale has executed marketing campaigns, building inspections, networking events and has excellent experience in contract negotiations, closing sales, and relationship management.

Prior, he gained his foundation in top-tier business development and sales for full-service roofing, waterproofing, and metal manufacture where he produced $1,000,000 in sales. He specialized in working with high-end contractors to manage the installation of products. He has personally implemented over 200 building inspections with reports for solutions and budgeting. He looks forward to joining the Beal team and helping clients buy or sell them homes while utilizing his diverse skillset and strong negotiating skills. He is grateful to call San Francisco home and enjoys the culinary variety the city has to offer. Houts also enjoys exploring his local neighborhoods with his wife and is an avid golfer.
