Grayson Adams

Grayson Adams takes great pride in being a true San Diego local, born and raised in the beautiful coastal town of Encinitas, CA.  With extensive knowledge of the North County area, Grayson has a deep connection to our local community and all of San Diego.

Grayson is a 2003 graduate of Cal State University San Marcos with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, and acquired his Real Estate license in 2009 and has been involved in various aspects of the real estate industry since.  

As a licensed Mortgage Loan Officer from 2013-2017, Grayson’s experience and detailed knowledge of real estate financing provides his clients with unique and added value when it comes to working with him as their Realtor.  Integrity builds respect, and his main focus is to provide the highest quality of service to his clients for all their real estate needs including whether they are looking to sell their current home, relocate to San Diego, or purchase their new dream home.  

Grayson is passionate about his family, friends, surfing and his San Diego Padres.  As an entrepreneur, he is the founder of MAREA Coffee based locally here in Solana Beach.  Grayson volunteers his time in the local community where he helps coach his alma mater, the San Dieguito High School Academy Surf Team.  Grayson’s loyalty and love for San Diego runs deep through his veins and he is happy to share that passion with all his clients.
