As the founder of Proper Properties LLC since January 2014, Iosef has led his team to effectively manage a portfolio of 28 single-family homes, specializing in both long-term and short-term rentals across various platforms. His entrepreneurial spirit is also demonstrated through his co-founding of QEX, a payment processing firm, and Proper HealthCare LLC, which provides essential medical and environmental testing services.
