Nick Lemcke

Originally from Northern California, I relocated to San Diego in 2004, shortly after graduating from SJSU with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. I began my career in Real Estate that same year.  What drew me to Real Estate was my passion for helping others achieve their goals, especially those in my community.

I have built my reputation on trust, integrity, open and honest communication. I am a big believer in asking good questions, and more importantly listening to my clients and understanding what’s important to them. Some of the words others use to describe me are: professional, trustworthy, caring, determined, patient, calm in the eye of the storm, master negotiator, and market savvy.  Something my clients appreciate about me is my diverse background which includes Residential Home Remodeling, Mortgage Banking and Sales/Marketing.

I aim to maintain open and honest communication from start to finish through every real estate transaction.  I make myself available and have a “whatever it takes” attitude when it comes to closing your deal.

I am a proud father of “tween-aged” kids, Taylor and Colton.  Since they were young, I have coached them in pretty much any sport that would have me.  These experiences have taught me a lot about what it means to be a good coach: a leader, a supporter, a problem solver, keeping the team focused - especially in the face of adversity - and I leverage these experiences when helping my clients through the process of buying and selling a home.
